- 21 and over
- Adult-use cannabis is legal in New Mexico for adults 21 and over, bought from licensed retailers. A valid, unexpired government photo ID is required for every purchase, every visit.
- How much
- The state caps how much an adult can buy in a single transaction. Our till keeps every purchase inside that limit, so you can't go over by accident. Ask at the counter for the current figure rather than trusting a number printed on a web page.
- Not in public
- No consuming in public — car parks and vehicles included. Keep the package sealed until you're on private property where consumption is allowed.
- Not while driving
- Never drive a vehicle or operate machinery under the influence of cannabis. Sealed, out of the way, until you're home.
- Not across a state line
- Cannabis is federally illegal, so crossing any state line with it is against the law. In Las Cruces the Texas border is close enough that this comes up daily: whatever you buy in New Mexico stays in New Mexico.
- Not medicine
- Cannabis products are not approved by the FDA to treat, cure or prevent any disease. There may be health risks associated with consumption, and consumption is at your own discretion.
- Out of reach
- Keep everything out of reach of children and pets, sealed in its original child-resistant packaging.
